Arts Award Discover is an introductory award, which means that the adviser’s assessment is final, and no moderation is required to validate the adviser’s assessment. Unless an issue is identified with a centre, Trinity does not carry out an additional check of the assessment or view any of the young people's work.
The cost for Discover certificates is £4.70 per person. For large group discounts and further information see Qualification fees.
Ensure you are using the most recent toolkit during the delivery and assessment of the young people’s arts logs. The most up to date toolkit for Discover and Explore is 6th edition (December 2023). If you are using a previous edition you can download the updated version by going to www.artsaward.org.uk/toolkit.
For step-by-step instructions, visit the Arts Award centre operational guidance page.
For support, contact us at DiscoverOrders@trinitycollege.co.uk.
Once you have provided the young people’s details via the centre portal, you will receive the invoice automatically via email. Invoices are sent to the person who submitted the order via the portal and the main Finance contact registered for the centre. Invoices are generated per submitted order and large group discounts are calculated and applied per order.
Discover certificates are dispatched in paper format within four weeks from the date you entered young people for Arts Award. Find out more about Arts Award certificates.
