If your centre has been selected to be moderated, we will notify you via email within two-three working days from the date you entered young people for Arts Award and provide full details about next steps.
Trinity will select a sample of portfolios per adviser group across the entire cohort entered for Arts Award and request these to be submitted within two weeks via our online portfolio submission platform.
Advisers will need to complete an evidence locator form for each portfolio selected in the sample to signpost the moderator to the specific evidence provided for each part of the award within the portfolio. The centre must submit the selected portfolios together with accompanying evidence locator forms within the set two weeks' timeframe.
